1. Contact purpose: if the chatbot operator has enabled this functionality, you as a user have the possibility to enter contact data (e-mail address or phone number) after each response provided by the chatbot, in order to contact you at a later time.
2. Forwarding the content of the conversation: if you wish to contact a human operator, it is necessary to enter an e-mail address where the system will send the content of the conversation held with the chatbot up to that point.
3. Contact for technical reasons: in case the chatbot service is interrupted or suspended (e.g. due to expiration of the active package), you can send a message via a contact form displayed instead of the chatbot. In this case, data is transmitted for technical purposes only, without being saved or further processed.
4. Optional identification: in certain cases, You as a user can, at the beginning of the conversation, voluntarily provide your name and e-mail address. This option is not obligatory and the chatbot can also be used anonymously.

Data processing takes place solely on the basis of the express consent of the user in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data provided is processed solely for the stated purpose, in accordance with the expressed consent, and is not passed on to third parties or used for other purposes. The provider of the onchat.ai service acts as a data processor on behalf of the chatbot operator, as instructed by the chatbot operator.
